Preparing land for development is what Cuddy Group is all about, and our expertise means we can clean and clear a site of contaminants and structural defects in the most cost-effective way possible.
For Cuddy Group, a remediation project isn't just about cleaning the land and water through a variety of hi-tech procedures, or the extraction of contaminated material for cleanup or landfill. Our goal is get a site into a healthy, regulation-meeting condition in a way that offers our clients the very best value.
Our remediation process may involve:
• The recycling of site-won materials (this can include re-use of cleaned soils, use of crushed concrete as backfill etc).
• Cut/fill exercises whereby land dug away from one area can be used to level another, avoiding the environmental and cost implications of removal to landfill.
• The use of our highly-experience management, technical and operation teams, directly employed by Cuddy Group, to undertake many and various remediation techniques.
• The fixing of unstable land, slopes and subterranean voids through various geo-technical engineering techniques.
• The provision of a full decommissioning service to offer an integrated end-to-end area regeneration service to our clients.
Our own surveyors carry out site assessments and liaise with regulatory and stakeholder bodies prior to any work being carried out, ensuring that our schemes offer not only best value but – vitally – sign-off for land re-use after completion. |
