This complex scheme was undertaken to make way for a new commercial development for client Canmoor.

The site, formerly a Technicolor film processing factory, consisted of several interconnected buildings and smaller isolated units, and the planned demolition was made more challenging by the presence of busy neighbouring properties. These included a site boundary to the north, east and west of commercial and industrial estates and to the south the buildings and a runway associated with Heathrow airport.
