Cuddy Scaffolding Ltd have began scaffolding works on Cae St Fagans at Plasdŵr, Cardiff.
The second phase of Redrow’s ambitious new £2bn Plasdŵr Garden City, Cae St Fagans, lies to the south of the proposed groundbreaking sustainable development, just 4miles north west of Cardiff. This location will one day be part of a thriving community of homes, open spaces and superb facilities, but for now it remains surrounded by open countryside on the edge of the village of Pentrebane.
Central to the southern centre, the listed buildings at Pentrebane Farm will be restored to become a commercial farm shop or community hall. This area will contain a walled garden and allotments, and generally retain an agricultural/country park feel with a link to St Fagans to be explored. There will be smaller, bespoke retail and community facilities and public transport will take residents and visitors directly to its pedestrianised square
